Kidsgrove circular 5miles (12/07/24)

After a slightly delayed start due to train delays. 6 of us set off along the canal and soon stopped for a toilet/refreshment break at the first pub we came to. It was my birthday after all.

As we passed over the river, we followed a woman and her dog which lead us to being on a rather tricky path but everyone negotiated it well and we ended up in the correct place. We missed one turning but soon corrected it. It worked out well, as perfect timing for the pub opening. Here we were met by Graham, Eileen, Laura and Simon too.
